Where can I find your shop?
We are located at 47 Fourth Avenue - Unit 1, Blacktown, NSW 2148.
Drive to the end of Fourth Avenue and turn right into the driveway before number 55 - we are in the first set of industrial units on your right. You'll see an old sign for our shop just above the roller door. There is plenty of parking right outside.
What are your trading hours?
We are open to the public 6 days a week: 10am - 5pm on Tuesday - Friday, 10am - 4pm on Saturday and Sunday. We are closed Mondays until further notice.
Do you accept cash or card?
Yes - we accept both cash and card. There is no fee or minimum on card transactions. We currently are not accepting Afterpay.
I am after a particular product, can you get it for me?

What warranty do you have on your products?
Most aquariums / fish tanks and many fish tanks pumps, heaters and filters have a 12 month limited warranty, but free extended warranties are available with online registration on some Aqua One products.
Do you sell cats, dogs, guinea pigs, etc.?
We sell fish. We sell cat litter, dog, bird, chicken, rabbit and guinea pig food and some accessories for these animals. We do NOT sell puppies, kittens, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds or any live animals other than fish.
Do you sell marine (saltwater) fish?
No - we only sell freshwater cold and tropical fish.
Do you do water testing?
No, we don't do water testing, but you can pick up test kits from us for pH, Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate, and Hardness, that are relatively cheap, and we encourage customers to conduct their own testing at home if they would like to monitor their aquarium's water quality.
